
CAMP SITE
OF "PETIT
BARBEAU"
CONDITIONS
1. ADMISSION INTO THE CAMPSITE
Before entering the camp
site of « Petit Barbeau » first
make sure to be welcomed by the manager.
Being on the site of “Petit Barbeau” means you accept the conditions
and rules hereby described.
Any breach might followed by an exclusion with the help of the police and without
any refunding of the sums already given.
2. POLICE FORMALITIES
Anyone staying more than one night must show, to the person in charge, his or her identity cards and the required forms asked by the police (nationality identity card and caravans’s or motor home papers).
3. SETTING ON THE CAMPSITE
The tent or caravans will be installed at the indicated area by the manager. On this specified lot only another small tent will be permitted.
4. OPENING HOURS
The campsite is open from 7 a.m to 10 p.m. Someone will be in charge from 8 to 12.30 a.m and from 3 to 7.30 p.m.
5. FEES
All fees will be paid at the “bureau d’accueil” according to the number of nights spent. The first and eventually second and third night are due upon arrival. In case of a longer stay the payment of three nights as a deposit is compulsory. Campers are invited to tell the manager of their departure at least the day before. In case of early check out, before the opening hours, campers are kindly requested to pay on the eve of their departure.
6. QUIETNESS
Campers are asked to avoid all noises and loud talks which could disturb their neighbours. All musical electrical systems will be turned accordingly. Please don’t let the doors slam noisily. Absolute silence is required from 10 p.m to 7 a.m.
7. ANIMALS
Dogs and other animals will always be on leash within the campsite. They won’t be allowed, even on leash or locked in, on the premises by themselves. Their owners are responsible for them at all times. The animals (dogs and cats) must be inoculated against rabies. Their certificates will be shown upon arrival.
8. VISITORS
They will be under the responsibility of the campers who receive them and should inform the manager of any one on their lot.
9. DRIVING AND STATIONNING OF VEHICLE
Inside the camp site the speed is limited to 10 km per hours. Driving is strictly forbidden between 10 p.m an 7 a.m. Only residents cars will be allowed. Be careful not to park your vehicle on another camping lot or in the way.
10. SPACE LOTS CLEANLINESS AND MAINTENANCE
Each camper will be respectful of the cleanliness and environment. Don’t throw into the ground any used liquids. Garbage disposals are provided. Plastic bags will be tied up before throwing in containers. No peeling up of big load please. Washing and washing up will be done on their proper locations. Laundry will be taken out of lines after 10 p.m. No laundry hanging between trees.
The camp site of “petit Barbeau” being within the “forêt domaniale de Fontainebleau”, all plantations are to be respected and it is, of course, strictly forbidden to damage any trees by either nailing, cutting or planting. Do not limit your site with personal means or digging if your aren’t allowed by the manager.
The camp site and its campers are under the jurisdiction of the Office National des Forêts.
Any person committing deteriorations will be prosecuted.
11. SECURITY
A) FIRES: All types of open fires are absolutely banished. Gas equipped systems should be in good working conditions. In case of fire, please inform the manager and use fire extinguishers according to the user’s manual. A first aid kit is at the “bureau d’accueil”.
B) THEFT: The manager is responsible for the items specifically deposited at the “bureau d’accueil”. Please inform the manager of any suspect person. Campers are invited to keep an eye as usual, for the safety of their equipment. The management will not be token for responsible for any theft or damages occurring to the campers property.
12. GAMES
No violent or loud games can be authorised next to the campers. Damages will
be paid by the doees.
Parents will be responsible at all times for their children.
13. MANAGEMENT
The management is responsible for the good order of the camp site. Their duty
is to punish and to exclude if necessary the wrong doees. A register of claims
is at the disposal of all. All entries should be followed by the claimers writing
in full their names, dates and precise description of the recent matters.
It is reminded that the washing of cars is not permitted.
The electricity wiring
is the manager’s
duty. Trampling of electricity wiring will be followed by the immediate exclusion
of the camper.
14. CONDITIONS APPLICATIONS
These rules will be strictly
supervised and applied by the “commandant
de Police”, the “police municipale”, the manager of the camp
site and the “agents de l’Office National des Forêts”.
They will be displaced at “the bureau d’accueil”.
